Pain Management Services

Primary, secondary treating physician, AME, QME, IME evaluations - Medication Management / Medication Weaning/Detoxification
- Interventions such as epidural steroid injections, trigger point injections, occipital nerve blacks, Botox injections, selective nerve root blocks, radio frequency ablations, stellate ganglion/ lumbar sympathetic blocks.
- Adherence with California MTUS (Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule), ODG and ACOEM Guidelines with evidence-based treatment.
- Multi-Disciplinary Evaluations (MDE)
- Narcotic infusion pump and spinal cord stimulator trials, implantations and management
Full Spectrum of Services

Initial Evaluation
4-5 Hour Multi-Disiplinary Evaluation. Including pain management, multi-functional capacity, physical and psychological evaluation.

Early Intervention
Identification of patient's not recovering normally. Establish goals.

Medical Detoxification
Comprehensively Medically supervise. Outpatient opiod detoxification treatment.

Functional Restoration
Establish goals and provide education for improvement in fitness, strength, conditioning and more.

Healthy Living Pathways
Maintain strength, fitness and function. Helps to prevent recidivism.

Living Well Program
For patients who continue work. Provides education, after hour, reinforcement, encouragement and exercise programs.
